Terms & Conditions

1. We will make our best effort to deliver same-day orders, however, orders placed after 10:00 a.m. (central time) cannot be guaranteed same-day delivery. In the event that an order cannot be delivered as requested, you will be notified by phone (if possible) or by email.

2. There is a $20.00 minimum order. A $7.50 delivery charge will be added to all orders. Missouri sales tax (7.975%) will be charged.

3. The selection shown are for items custom designed and created in our Platte City shop. Additionally, the prices shown reflect the pricing in our shop and are applicable for orders delivered locally. Designs & prices for wire orders delivered to other cities may vary.

4. We will make every effort to deliver products exactly as shown. However, due to seasonal availability of certain flowers, we reserve the right to make appropriate substitutions as necessary. We guarantee that when this occurs, we will maintain the full value of the items as well as the design style shown.
